ERTH Router Retest & Distribution
ERTH Router Retest & Cleaning Operations Management System
Production floor management web app tracking router cleaning quotas, tiered productivity points, and daily achievement reporting.
An independent floor operations web application built for the ERTH router retest and cleaning facility. Solves the challenge of managing multi-tier router cleaning operations across floor staff with weighted productivity targets (L1 = 2 pts, L2 = 4 pts, L3 = 6 pts, L4 = 10 pts, with a 350-point daily goal). Provides supervisor bulk distribution without serial scanning, a dedicated Return & Sort station with hardware barcode scanner and camera support, and live daily achievement analytics. Architected as an independent Next.js 15 application with its own dedicated PostgreSQL database and Google OIDC PKCE authentication, keeping operational data cleanly decoupled from RPOMS.
Complete full-stack implementation: Next.js 15 App Router, PostgreSQL schema design, Google OIDC PKCE authentication, and floor workstation UI.
Key Highlights & Practical Impact
Executive Scan- Digitized manual router distribution with weighted point calculations across 4 cleaning difficulty levels
- Implemented high-speed Return & Sort workstation supporting both physical USB 2D scanners and webcams
